Preview

The Danbury Hat Tricks are making a strong case that they are the best team in the league. It is no secret that this team can score goals, averaging 4.7 goals per game. They are led by Carter Shinkaruk who has 47 points in just 28 games. Danbury has 8 players with 20 points or better and 11 with 15 points or better. Danbury is a team that can run all three lines and is more than steady in their own zone. Dillion Kelly has also been a rock in net for this team.

The Delaware Thunder, on the other hand, are looking for goal scoring. Delaware was only able to muster up 4 goals this past weekend in Danville. Special teams have seemed to be a problem for Delaware. The power-play is at 18 percent and the penalty kill at 77 percent. Both of those numbers must go up. On the bright side, it seems Thomas Munichiello and Marc Simonetta are clicking well together, and the tandem can be a big problem for opposing teams. The action starts Friday Night at the DOME! 7:05 puck drop.
